I started working with Natasha in June of 2016. Natasha was patient and understanding of what my life was like. She challenged me and I love a good challenge. She keeps me accountable, and helped me drop 25lbs! I love to cook, and I love healthy food so having a not set meal plan is so handy. I love all kinds of different food and she doesn’t just make you eat chicken and brown rice, two foods I’m not totally into for 3 meals a day.

When people ask me what I did to lose the weight, I always say “let me give you my nutritionist's information."

She was always easy to get a hold of whether it be by phone, text, or FaceTime. Periodic check-ins on my progress assisted in determining whether any adjustments were needing to be made.

I’ve never had a coach before; I had several goals this year and knew that I needed help to achieve them and I met with Natasha. She listened to my goals and set up a plan for me, a plan that was perfect for my abilities or in some cases my inabilities..

Having Natasha’s guidance, support and encouragement is what has made me so successful, of course you have to show up and put in the work but having a coach that is fun and has a great sense of humor makes the work seem easy.

Natasha’s services are life changing. I always struggled with brain fog, congestion and digestion. She was able to discover the root causes for my problems by doing an easy and painless test. We discovered what foods my body was sensitive to, which organs were struggling, which supplements would help and so much more. I’ve tried almost my entire adult life to get my weight under control, I tried everything from unhealthy cleanses to purchasing meal plans. Nothing was working, I was at the heaviest I had ever been in my life when I met Natasha and the first thing she did was make me feel like I am not alone, she personalized with me about her own weight loss journey, making me feel instantly better and comfortable. She’s so personable and positive it was just like talking to a close friend immediately.

Natasha is so knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition, she explains everything from blood sugar levels to hormones, and takes the time to teach me why I was feeling certain ways, or craving certain foods. She made me realize what my body can really do when I give it the proper fuel. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident in my life than I do now, I’ve never had so much energy, drive, determination and motivation than these past 3 months, and I owe that to Natasha. The only regret I have is that I didn’t hire Natasha as my nutritionist sooner! Best decision of my life and I can’t wait to see what the next coming months bring!

I started training with Natasha in 2013, shortly after having surgery to remove my gall bladder. I was as mess - that was my wake-up call. I was far too young to lose a gall bladder, and on top of that I was pre-diabetic and the medication was making me sick every morning! I had tried going to various gyms, classes, etc., but nothing really resonated with me.

As my Personal Trainer (PT) Natasha immediately made me feel comfortable, even though I was never a “jock” or a gym-rat growing up. Through her, I learned to love my body and its potential. She helped me make the connection between nutrition and health, while at the same time taking into account my busy lifestyle. As a result, I have embraced fitness as part of my lifestyle and I have learned to eat real food that nourishes my mental / physical health, strength, and vitality as well!

I now consider Tash not only an expert in fitness and nutrition, but also a true friend. There is NO better investment than to invest in your health and wellness.

A year ago I started training with Natasha and had her create me a nutrition plan. I was living an unhealthy life style and knew it was time for change. She made me a personalised diet plan that helped me get Crohn's under control to the point where I am no longer on medication. Natasha's personal training lead to me getting healthy and a great self confidence.

I have lost 50 lbs and 10% body fat. It has changed my life, and taught me how to eat healthy and most importantly keep the continued success that I have made over the past year. I first started working with Natasha a number of years ago now after a friend of mine recommended her. Immediately upon meeting Natasha, she makes you feel comfortable and confident in her abilities to help you along your new health journey. It can be an intimidating experience when starting on a new health regime, but Natasha is very clear and concise when explaining your new protocol and makes herself easily accessible by email, text, or phone if you do come across questions or concerns. This is a big factor for me as I don’t like the feeling of being forgotten about when I’ve invested money – I can confidently say I have never experienced this feeling with Natasha. She is very personable and has a special way of making you feel like you’ve known each other for years upon meeting.

Natasha has gone above and beyond for myself and my family, whether its answering multiple questions I have, coming to our house for a visit so we don’t have to travel, getting information to us in a prompt manner, checking in via text to see how we are doing, sending articles when it aligns with our health issues and the list goes on. All of these situations speak to her genuine character, Natasha’s personality is infectious and although you may be there to learn about health issues that have come up in your life, she puts a positive/calming spin on it and that is something you can’t typically find in her industry and is a rare trait of hers.

I have worked with Natasha regarding nutrition, lymphatic work, meridian testing and no matter the type of appointment I book with her I have had nothing but positive experiences. As she continues her educational journey, I am always left feeling confident that she has the most current information and I can 100% trust in her ability.
