Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 Cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Cups Spinach, chopped
- 1.5 Cups Minute or Quick Oats or Bread Crumbs
- 2 Whole Eggs or 1/2 cup Egg Whites
- 3 Garlic Cloves or 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Basil
- 3 Tbsp. Oregano
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F (204C).
- In large bowl mix all ingredients well.
- Form golf ball size meatballs and place on baking pan.
- Place in oven & bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
