Turkey Meatballs


Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 Cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Spinach, chopped
  • 1.5 Cups Minute or Quick Oats or Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Whole Eggs or 1/2 cup Egg Whites
  • 3 Garlic Cloves or 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Basil
  • 3 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F (204C).
  • In large bowl mix all ingredients well.
  • Form golf ball size meatballs and place on baking pan.
  • Place in oven & bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
